Transition Conference for Preparing for Adulthood - Virtual Event 1st July 2021

Transition Conference for Preparing for Adulthood, jointly hosted by Reading Families' Forum and Parenting Special Children.

Save the Date, 1st July 2021, 9.30 am - 2.30 pm 

Join the morning session and hear an adult's personal experience.   Professor Luke Clements will be talking on the law covering The Care Act, What to expect if the young person has money, Mental Capacity Act.

The afternoon session will cover Education Pathways, Routes to Employment or Day Time Activities
