West Berkshire Therapy Centre - Covid-19 response

Power-assisted exercise for adults with physical or sensory disabilities to help restore and maintain mobility and independence.

Covid-19 response and update:

Last updated 30/07/2020

We have completely revised our layout to ensure that we can maintain 2 metre social distancing throughout, which is vital to protect the health needs of our clients, many of whom are either elderly or consider themselves health-vulnerable.

Clients will find some new and unfamiliar procedures, but we know that most clients will appreciate why we need to do this, for everyone’s safety.

We will take bookings from clients who need to be accompanied by their carer. We have to ensure that there will be enough space for all the people who will be on the premises, especially for those who must be accompanied.

Our Physiotherapist will be on hand to carry out any reassessments that will be needed following such a long period of clients having been less active than normal and our other staff and volunteers will be there to explain and reassure as always.
