Therapies on Thames - Private home visit Rehabilitation Service

We offer home visit rehabilitation service through our highly skilled team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Therapists.
Our company, Therapies on Thames, was founded in 2012 in Berkshire to help people improve their quality of life by providing personalised home rehabilitation services.
Experience shows that you are more likely to get better and stay independent if rehabilitation happens in the comfort of your own home. We achieve it through Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or a combination of both.
What makes us special? Our therapists understand the complexities of rehabilitation and offer complete therapy management, periodic treatments or one-off consultations, working closely with you, your family or carers and referrers.
Our main aim is to maximise your independence by developing a personalised treatment plan for you. We give the highest quality care our expert therapists can provide to people in their homes in Berkshire, in London and across the south east.
Understanding the importance of a multidisciplinary team of therapists working together, our services includes Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language Therapy. Our therapists are members of Health and Care Professional Council (www.hpc.org.uk) and are CRB checked.
Our Vision is to provide high quality and evidence based rehabilitation service to our clients by helping them to regain or maintain independence.
