Superb Healthcare is a care provider delivering highly-personalized care to adults in their own homes throughout Reading, Wokingham, West Berkshire and the extended Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire area.  Our care visits range anywhere from 30-minutes to 24-hours, depending on the client’s needs and the level of care requested.

We provide both long term and short-term care to our clients which include short term respite care services for any clients whose regular carers need time to rest. At Superb Healthcare, we will always make every effort to respond to inquiries as soon as possible and should respond to clients, new and old, within 2 working days

We are an independent family owned home care agency local to Reading in Berkshire. Our leadership and management team is driven by a compassionate individual with over twenty years of experience in the social care industry. They are dedicated to delivering a unique and high quality service to all their clients.

Superb Healthcare is CQC registered and believes in working in collaboration with local authorities and other healthcare service provider’s e.g. local hospitals and local GP surgeries who supply district nurses, OTs and other community teams that provide services to our clients.

Superb Healthcare is answering to the cry of those in the community who need assistant to carry out daily living activities but want to remain in their own homes for as long as they can do so without compromising their safety.

We take initial needs assessments seriously, as we believe that creating an accurate care plan document is key to delivering the right type, level and amount of care.

Our staff work closely with all of our clients and offer them their undivided attention and support through their visits

HOW TO ACCESS OUR SERVICES

 

For an initial chat, please call our office or let a member of your family help you to send us an email and we will endeavour to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours of receiving it. We will then arrange to meet with you along with any relative or professional you chose to accompany you for the meeting.

The initial meeting can take place in the comfort of your own home, in one of our offices or in another location that suits your preference, such as a coffee shop or hotel lobby. During the meeting we will need you to help us understand your needs in regards to care and from there explain what options are available for you.

If you chose to sign a service agreement with us, we will arrange to carry out a thorough assessment of your needs using whatever information you and your support team have provided. 

We'll also create a care plan to be used as a guide to help us provide you with a fully integrated care package. We underpin this by providing a 24-hour on-call service for emergencies.
