Sport in Mind

Sport in Mind is a Berkshire charity which aims:
“To Improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems through sport and physical activity”
Various sport & physical activity sessions run every single week, all year round, which are open to anyone over the age of 17 who is experiencing mental ill-health.

Anyone who is struggling with their mental health can self refer themselves to our sessions, and simply drop-in!
All we ask is that new participants complete a short Participant Form which they can fill in online here.
