Tilehurst - Friday Friends

Friday Friends meets weekly from 2.00 – 4.00pm, (free for carers), offering a mix of talks, light exercise, singing together, tabletop games or craft activities in a safe, warm and friendly environment – with tea and cakes.

The sessions are intended for those in the community who would value friends and fellowship and a chance to join in an activity with others.

With a range of activities including simple circle dance, craft, table top games, signing and tea and cake. The sessions are  intended for those in the community who would value friends and fellowship and a chance to join in an activity with others.
