  • All external drop ins to be cancelled and the option of telephone assessments or support offered.? 

  • All prescriptions?will be sent out to pharmacy – no?in house ?collection unless there is serious risk with agreement from Leadership.? 

  • All assessments will be moved to telephone or video call?(where possible)? 

  • All 121 appointments will be moved to telephone or video?call (where possible)? 

  • All groups will be postponed, for at least the next 2 weeks and moved to video call option? 

  • Telephone lines are open, face-to-face appointments are priority cases with clinicians only & appropriate hygiene measures are in place.?

Following the updated guidance we have so far made the below immediate changes to our service, the overall message is, we are here for Service Users but will be carrying out as many interventions as possible by phone or video call.

Monday: 9.30 – 16.30

Tuesday 9.30 – 16.30

Wednesday 13.00 – 16.30

Thursday 9.30 – 16.30  (Late night appointment only)

Friday 9.30 – 16.30


Groups/121 appointments

All groups will be postponed. We will be offering alternative forms of group support via phone or video link – details to follow

Meetings/External drop ins

No external meetings will be attended but updates will be sent upon request and if there is an option of Skype or tele conference we will attend in that way.

All external drop ins will be postponed and the option of telephone assessments or support is offered.


Clinical provision

All scripts will be sent out to pharmacy – there will be no in house collection.

We are currently reviewing those on daily supervised consumption to reduce the numbers attending pharmacies daily, for now if people are advised to self-isolate we are dealing with this on a case by case basis and working with Service Users, pharmacies and partners to formulate individual plans.
