
Parenting Special Children’s Sleep Service is provided by our team of practitioners including our highly specialist Sleep Practitioners. The service offers a range of advice, support and training to parent/carers of children and teenagers with additional needs.
We also provide information and workshops for families of typically-developing children/teenagers. Training for professionals is also available.
The service is primarily for families living in Berkshire. However, we also offer some parts of the service to families and professionals outside of Berkshire.
Sleep Course for Parents/Carers of Children and Young People
A two week course for parents/carers who have children and young people (aged 0-18) with Special Needs who struggle with their sleep.
Sleep Workshop for Practitioners
This workshop is for Practitioners working with families of children and young people with additional needs.

We encourage parent/carers to refer themselves to the service via our online Registration Form, or via phone 0118 9863532.
We are also happy to receive referrals from professionals working with families, using our Professional Enquiries Form.
