Sleep Service

Parenting Special Children’s Sleep Service is provided by our team of practitioners including our highly specialist Sleep Practitioners. The service offers a range of advice, support and training to parent/carers of children and teenagers with additional needs. Training for professionals is also available.

Our specialist Sleep Practitioners

Our specialist Sleep Practitioners have all been trained by the Southampton NHS Sleep Service and have professional backgrounds in learning disability nursing,  social work and teaching. Most importantly, they are also parent/carers of children and teenagers with additional needs.

We encourage parent/carers to refer themselves via our online Registration Form, or via our Helpline on 0118 9863532.

On Demand Presentation for Children & Young People (age 8+): A 12 minute presentation for children and young people. Available on demand here.

On Demand Presentation Sleep Tips for Teens: A 40 minute presentation for teenagers who struggle with their sleep. Available on demand here.

Training for professionals

Our highly specialist NHS-trained Sleep Practitioners are available to provide professional development workshops for professionals working with families. The Sleep Service charges for the these workshops. For further information, please contact us on 0118 9863532.
