Here at Fit2thebeat we pride ourselves on offering fun, high-quality, reasonably-priced fitness classes for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. Classes include Fitsteps ( Latin and Ballroom dance fitness), Cardio Dance Mix ( dance fitness using styles from all over the world), Aqua aerobics and kettlebells.

Fitsteps class ( Latin and Ballroom dance fitness class) No partner needed as this is a dance fitness class using steps from Latin and Ballroom dances.
I also run another Fitsteps class in Caversham every Thursday lunchtime 12.30-1.30pm at The Weller Centre.
