Here at Fit2thebeat we pride ourselves on offering fun, high-quality, reasonably-priced fitness classes for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. Classes include Fitsteps ( Latin and Ballroom dance fitness), Cardio Dance Mix ( dance fitness using styles from all over the world), Aqua aerobics and kettlebells.

The church hall is behind the church. There is a small amount of parking at the front of the church. You can also park on the road in Coronation Square, opposite the church.

Fitsteps class ( Latin and Ballroom dance fitness class) No partner needed as this is a dance fitness class using steps from Latin and Ballroom dances.
I also run another Fitsteps class in Emmer Green every Thursday lunchtime 12-1pm at St. Barnabas Church Hall, Grove Road.
