Our Holiday Clubs are back for Christmas! We are running different groups for different ages/requirements from Wednesday 21-Friday 23 December. 

MLD/SLD aged 12-25

Wednesday 21^st December, 9:30am-12:30pm, Friday 23^rd December, 9:30am-12:30pm

This session is for young people who have an enjoyment of moving, acting, music, or any element of theatre and drama, or, for those who want to play games, make friends and practice working as a team. Similar to our weekly youth theatre, we will explore all components of theatre in an exploratory way involving character embodiment, creating stories using sights and sounds, and having fun! The young people attending this session won’t require 1:1 support and will be comfortable in a busy, loud and lively environment. 

PMLD/PASD aged 7-19

Wednesday 21^st December, 1:00pm-4:00pm, Thursday 22^nd December, 1:00pm-4:00pm, Friday 23^rd December, 1:00pm-4:00pm

This group is for young people with profound autism and/or multiple complex needs, who would enjoy an immersive sensory experience. This group will be staffed so that each attendee could have a trained 1:1 to help them engage with the different elements of the session. We incorporate different strands of immersive theatre into this group, providing sensory and messy play, art, live music, soft lighting and a space to explore the different components of sensory theatre. 

MLD Sensory aged 5-12

Thursday 22^nd December, 9:30am-12:30pm

This group is for young people who may have a diagnosis of ASD or similar and who might benefit from a calm, gentle and sensory approach to immersive theatre. This group will incorporate different aspects of the creative arts and is specifically designed for those who would struggle in a busy, loud, echoey environment. The attendees of this group may require 1:1 support in order to engage with the activities on offer.
