Remap Berkshire
Remap makes bespoke aids (or adaptations of commercial equipment) for the disabled at no cost to the client, for which commercial aids are not available. These are tailor-made for the individual's needs to help with personal care, mobility, daily tasks, sport or hobbies.
Our volunteers are experienced engineers or craftsmen with access to a wide variety of skills and expertise. Remap Berkshire is one of over 70 local groups spread across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We are pleased to give people our equipment free of charge. This is because we are a charity and are not trying to make money. All our running costs are covered by donations and support from Reading BC, and our volunteers give their time for free.
