Bedtime is one of the most important routines in your child’s day. Do you want
ideas on how to settle your baby or toddler at bedtime?

Starting in January, experienced staff from Reading’s children’s centres will be delivering a monthly sleep workshop.

Join us and other parents in a virtualsleep workshop, from the comfort of
your own home.
