Prince's Trust ~ Courses available in Thames Valley

The Prince’s Trust in Thames Valley has lots of exciting programmes coming up for young people aged 16 to 30 .


Get into Retail with Marks and Spencer.

Princes Trust have partnered with Marks and Spencer to deliver a free 4 week Retail programme, this exciting and popular programme is back in Berkshire, you gain in depth training, with the opportunity to gain employment. Travel and lunch is provided.  This programme is for 16-30 year olds. Please see poster for more details.

Get Started with Games Design- 16-30s (online)

Working with, this 5-day online programme for those not in education or employment will introduce you to the world of Games Design. You will design and pitch your own game, working alongside industry professionals and giving you the chance to win IT hardware from HP! You will also receive 1:1 support to help you reflect on your skills, and set and achieve goals. Participants will also receive up to 6 months mentor support to help support them into a positive outcome. Participants will need access to a PC or laptop, so please chat to us if this is not possible.

Get Started with Health and Wellbeing- 16-30s (face to face)

Working with the Healthy Living Centre in Aylesbury, this 5-day in-person programme is designed to boost your wellbeing, confidence and motivation. As a group of up to 12, the participants will explore ways of supporting their health and wellbeing, whilst receiving 1:1 support to help them to look at skills reflections setting and achieving goals. This programme suitable for young people who are not in training, education or employment and looking for support in working out their next steps. Participants will also receive up to 6 months mentor support to help support them into a positive outcome. Travel will be reimbursed for attendees.

Our Development Awards can cover the cost of course fees, tools or equipment up to £160 in order to help young people achieve their goals and move into education, training or employment. For more information, visit our website here.
