Benefit Cap Team (RBC)

The Benefit Cap is a Central Government change which limits the total amount of certain benefits working age households can receive before any deductions are taken. Pensioners will not be affected by the Benefit Cap.

Our Benefit Cap Coordinators also collocate at Reading Job Centre and will also run some drop in sessions at Children Centres across the borough.  For more information please call or email us.

Our service is aimed at people in the Borough of Reading who are affected by or are due to be affected by the Benefit Cap.
