All our sessions run every week, all year round (except on Bank Holidays) are drop-in sessions and open to all abilities! The aim is simply to have fun, in a safe and supported environment. We will provide all the equipment and a qualified coach so participants will just need to wear comfy clothes and it is free!

The session runs in the green and white Tennis Dome (indoor courts) during the winter months and then moves to the outdoor tennis courts in the spring / summer, every Thursday at 1-2pm.
