Age UK Reading Information and Advice Service - Covid 19 response

COVID-19 RESPONSE:

Our phones and emails remain in operation and we are endevouring to assist people with information and support as they come through. Please contact us if we can be of help.

  • advice telephone and email service is available 9am-4:30pm Monday to Friday with out of hours calls being picked up by the national call centre.

We are working to ensure older people who are isolated are being supported with things like shopping and other essential errands. We have a team of trained and vetted volunteers who can come and help with essential errrands. If you know of someonewho wll require help to get their shopping in then please ask them to contact us.
