Mindfulness 4 Week Introduction Course

This practical 4-week introductory course will help with behavioural problems and relapsing conditions, such as stress, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, pain, depression, attachments, and addictions which can often lead to alcohol, illicit drug, and medication dependency.
