Move it or Lose it/ FABS exercise class for Seniors
Fun exercises designed for over 60s. CAN BE DONE SEATED OR STANDING DEPENDING ON YOUR ABILITY.
An exercise to music class designed to cover the 4 pillars of senior fitness – Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance and Strength (FABS).
Flexibility - strech and improve your range of movements and reduce stiffness
Aerobics - low impact exercises to improve stamina and coordination
Balance - better balance to help reduce the risk of falls
Strength - strengthen muscles which leads to better join stability and posture
This class involves no floorwork. Great way to meet other local like minded people. Music from the 60s and 70s.
