Move it or Lose it/ FABS exercise class for Seniors

Fun exercises designed for over 60s. CAN BE DONE SEATED OR STANDING DEPENDING ON YOUR ABILITY.

An exercise to music class designed to cover the 4 pillars of senior fitness – Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance and Strength (FABS). 

Flexibility - strech and improve your range of movements and reduce stiffness 

Aerobics - low impact exercises to improve stamina and coordination

Balance - better balance to help reduce the risk of falls

Strength - strengthen muscles which leads to better join stability and posture

This class involves no floorwork. Great way to meet other local like minded people. Music from the 60s and 70s.

The training programme was developed with the much-respected Centre for Musculoskeletal Ageing Research at the University of Birmingham, so you can be assured that our training and delivery is of the highest standard.  More information on  www.moveitorloseit.co.uk

Exercises designed for over 60s. Can be done seated, standing with a chair support or free standing. Work to your own ability.
