‘Route to Recruit’ - Supported Internships

DO YOU WANT TO LEARN  THE SKILLS TO GET A JOB  IN A DIFFERENT WAY?

Then a Supported Internship could be right for you A supported internship is a college course mainly carried out in the work place where you will learn new skills which will help you find a job and find out what it takes to be a good employee.

Do you want to build the skills to get a paid job?
 
Do you find  learning in the  classroom  difficult?
 
Are you 16 to 24 with special educational needs and an EHCP?

Who are Route to Recruit?
 
We are a partnership made up of Ways into Work (Supported Employment Agency, Activate Learning, Brookfields and Addington SEN Schools.  
We have a successful track record of supporting young people with a disability into paid work through Supported Internship Programmes.
