Each child is considered an individual and I work to meet each child’s specific needs based on their learning style and interests

Activities based on child’s needs and development stage. Work with parents and professionals to support child’s individual needs

I am willing to work with professionals,RBC, early years team and attend training courses

Observations, next steps two year check and meetings with parents

Activities can be adapted to include all children I will  carry out a risk assessment for outings
