University of the Third Age (U3A) - Reading

The U3A is not actually a University; we don’t hold exams or award degrees. We are a nationwide collection of local groups set up for and by people no longer in full-time work – in our “third age”,to participate with others with similar interests in the fields of music, arts, languages, literature, drama, recreation and health, social and general activities.

We run classes and activities led and taught by our members, for our members. We are a non-profit making, charitable, self-help organisation.
