Side by Side will provide personalised companionship for people with dementia either in their own home or during outings and activities in the community. This could be anything from a round of golf, listening to music, or simply having a cup of tea and a chat.
Side by Side is provided by volunteers who are supported and managed by staff. Activities will be specific to the assessed needs and will be decided in agreement with the service user.
