Berkshire Tai Chi (Arborfield)

This daytime venue hosts the Berkshire Tai Chi Chinese Exercise programme.

This daytime class is designed especially for people who want to keep fit and healthy but don’t want anything too strenuous and don’t want to memorise lengthy sequences as they would have to in a Tai Chi class.

There is no formal syllabus and no long-term commitment. Instead the class provides a combination of yoga-like exercises based on traditional Chinese exercises for health and relaxation. It is easy to miss a few weeks and pick up again where you left off.

The sessions are ideal for those with balance or mobility problems, or common ailments and conditions such as arthritis, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, and poor posture.
