Autism Berkshire - Chop & Chat

We are running a free online Chop & Chat course in February and March, for young people and adults (aged 18+) who have a diagnosis of autism and live in Berkshire.

The eight weekly classes are focused around preparing and cooking/baking a tasty simple snack, while getting advice about life skills and sharing ideas for problem-solving, enjoying some light-hearted conversation games and taking time to chat.

The course will take place on Tuesday afternoons from February 8 to March 23, between 4pm and 6pm.

Click the link for more details and to register an interest in taking part in this free course.

- The course is funded by a grant from the #NationalLottery Community Fund’s Covid-19 response programme.
