Theatretrain Reading: Performing Arts School/Stage School

Contact directly, to check when groups will be running.

For over 25 years, Theatretrain has provided quality performing arts training for young people and excellent opportunities throughout the year to perform locally, in the West End, Royal Albert Hall and abroad.

Theatretrain is the Company that Loves to Perform! Our training is very affordable visit website for more details on cost - 3 hours professional training in the main Saturday school on Saturdays 10:15am-1:15pm for 6-18 year olds

The students rotate in each of the disciplines (Dance, Act, Sing), work in specific age groups and train with fully CRB checked professionals, each working in the industry.

Young people aged 12-18 years also have the opportunity to take advanced dance and drama classes to extend their Saturday morning training to offer even greater depth and performance opportunities at prestigious festivals in the UK and abroad.

Our students can also choose to audition to be represented by our agent, Goldman's Management, to acquire professional work alongside training.

Theatretrain really focuses on building the confidence and artistic skills of each individual student anf for many the performing arts is a wonderful hobby rather than an intended career path. Our work is supported by the following patrons: (Theatretrain Alumnus) Catherine Tate, Sir Derek Jacobi, Alfred Molina and Lucy Davis.
