Realcare+ Limited is a Domiciliary Care and Healthcare Agency based in Reading Berkshire. We have over the last 7 years support individuals living in our communities with care and support in their homes, respite centres, day services and for social and recreational activities within their communities. We also specialise in supporting care organisations such as Nursing Homes, Care Homes, Residential Homes, Community and General Hospitals, Mental Health Hospitals and Schools with care and nursing staff when needed (i.e. in Ad-hoc and in Advance).
Realcare+ Limited aims to provide high quality care services to all our clients and where this has not being met, we strive to improve on it. We work closely with out clients, relatives and relevant authorities in ensuring that we provde the best care that meets the needs of the individuals that we support. We appreciate compliments, concerns and complaints as these helps in our quality improvement.
We have dedicated and Clinical Managers within the Company who are available and ready to listen and act on your needs. We will often visit to ensure that you are stilll happy with the services we are providing to you and if there are things that we need to change to make it better, we will work closely with you to change it.

- Our cost of care depends on the needs of the client and the staff group which the client is asking for. The rates for nursing support will be significantly higher than the above rate and rates for complex health needs will also be more than the given rate.
