Rotary Club of Reading Maiden Erlegh

Our Rotary Club meets most Tuesday evenings - 7pm for 7:30pm - at the Holiday Inn, Winnersh and we are one of six Rotary Clubs in the Reading Area. Our Membership consists of around 40 Men and Women with the common goal of supporting good causes and community projects in and around East Reading, Woodley, Sonning, Earley and Twyford; we also initiate and support international projects in response to needs typically identified by our Club Members.
The support we provide can be either financial - we engage in regular fund raising activity - or 'hands on' depending on the local need.
In additiion to the community and charitable activties we also have a strong fellowship element, with numerous social events throughout the year. This ensures that we balance work and play to make Rotary an attractive and enjoyable experience. It is also worth noting that when you join Rotary you automatically become part of a global family which means that you will always receive a warm welcome at every Rotary Club in the world.
If this sounds like something you would like to be part of - supporting charities and good causes whilst enjoying an excellent social life - simply contact us via email to info@readingmaidenerlegh.org and we will arrange a 'no obligation' visit. If you see a meeting that looks particularly attractive in our web diary (http://www.readingmaidenerlegh.org/club-diary/) simply include the date in your email.
We look forward to hearing from you.
