Ukrainian Advice Centre
Provide advice, support and information to Ukrainian nationals arriving in the UK. If you are a Ukrainian national in this situation, or if you are a family member, or sponsor of a Ukrainian national who has recently arrived in the UK, you are welcome to use the service.
We can help with most aspects of living in the UK, including claiming benefits, using the NHS, housing, problems at work, consumer problems, legal issues, immigration problems, and lots more.
Access to the service is by appointment only, although you are welcome to come and look at information, collect leaflets and request an appointment.
You can book an appointment by coming to visit us at the library, or by phoning 0118 952 3028.
