Sadaka is a non-profit charity based in Reading with an ethos of giving without judgement or bias. Working within Greater Reading, we aim to provide free lunches, groceries, books, clothes, toiletries and sign posting to other local services, to those who are struggling financially, while promoting good relations and understanding amongst our local community.
Sadaka is operated solely by volunteers. We provide free lunches every Saturday, at Fairview Community Centre, 90b Great Knollys Street, Reading. RG1 7HL, between 11:30-13:30. Along with a nutrious meal, we aim to help with finding needed items and offer a friendly place for those struggling finacially to come and meet friends.
