- Prepare for the future
Dementia Care Advisers provide tips and strategies as well as signposting to legal, financial and community support based on individual circumstances and needs.
This is delivered by phone, online
and face to face.
The Dementia Care Adviser Service in Reading is commissioned by Reading Borough Council and delivered by Alzheimer’s Society.
