RVS BALL (Be Active & Live Longer) Social Club

This club aims to help local people live longer, happier and healthier lives. We meet once a week on a Friday for an hour long yoga session.

It is aimed at local people over the age of 50 and involves seated yoga, meditation, body scan, stretching etc.

You do not need to bring anything with you, just wear something comfortable. The club is ran by Royal Voluntary Service volunteers and meets at the Oddfellows Hall on Oxford Road.

There is no membership fee but small donations are welcome.
