Dance & Movement for Mums & Babies ~ Sport in Mind

New Sport in Mind course for mums and babies (under 1 year old), running for 6 weeks from Wednesdays 21st April 2021 at Christchurch Meadows, Caversham. For mum’s experiencing mental health problems and high levels of stress

All abilities welcome!

The sessions are free to attend and gives mum’s a chance relax and de-stress with calm and relaxing movements to music. The instructor is a qualified coach and has a good understanding of how bodies can be affected by pregnancy and childbirth, so it is very gentle.

Places must be booked.
