Covid-19 Response:
We would like to reassure everyone that we will continue to be OPEN FOR BUSINESS AS USUAL DURING LOCKDOWN #2 at the local information and support centre at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
The only change being that we prefer people to book in advance where possible just now, particularly for face-to-face meetings. We can meet one person face-to-face at a time.
Our working hours are Mon-Thurs, 9am-4pm, and Fri, 9am-2pm.
You can ring our centre on 0118 322 8700 or email macmillan.information@royalberkshire.nhs.uk to book an appointment.
We are available in person, on the phone, by email and by MS Teams virtual meeting, if requested.
In response to the lockdown, Macmillan Cancer Support has set up new initiatives:
- SafeFit - online support for physical and mental health
- Wellbeing coaching
