SylvianCare is a registered, private and family-owned home care provider based in Reading, Berkshire that offers Domiciliary and Live-in Care Services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We currently cover areas such as Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Twyford, Arborfield, Pangbourne, Goring, Streatley, Windsor, Maidenhead and Ascot.
The company was formed in May 2014. The need for good quality care providers especially in the Live in sector and Domiciliary services within the Berkshire area, lead to the foundation of Sylviancare.
We pride ourselves with trying to make a difference in the way care is delivered, with an attention to the little details that make the difference. Everyone deserves appropriate care so that they can continue to enjoy every minute of their lives as independent as possible, in their own home.

These providers have met quality standards or represent value for money over and above our expected standards. We are confident to commission with all of our framework providers however when commissioning care on behalf of people in Reading we go to our Gold Standard providers first.
