Sport in Mind Reading - Yoga for Mental Wellbeing

Sport in Mind provide physical activity sessions for adults (17+) experiencing mental health conditions to promote mental wellbeing and enrich lives.
All our sessions run every week, all year round (except on Bank Holidays) are drop-in sessions and open to all abilities! The aim is simply to have fun, in a safe and supported environment. We will provide all the equipment and a qualified coach so participants will just need to wear comfy clothes and it is free!

Meet in the Studio on the first floor in the Meadway Sports Centre, at 2pm. Ask at reception to point you in the right direction!

Anyone who is struggling with their mental health can self refer themselves to our sessions, and simply drop-in!
All we ask is that new participants complete a short Participant Form which they can fill in online here.
