Hazeldene consists of 2 separate properties in Reading.

129 – 131 Wantage Road provides support to 6 individuals.

127 Wantage Road supports 4 people and is an ideal environment in which the service users can prepare to move on to more independent living.

Both properties support men and women with a mild – moderate learning disability, Autistic Spectrum Condition and complex needs. Some of the service users also have support needs around their mental health.

Hazeldene is located within an urban setting and has excellent public transport links allowing service users to build on their independence skills and access a range of vocational, educational and leisure opportunities. All staff are fully trained and led by experienced and highly motivated manager, Aleksandra Gibson.
