Ever Active Chair Based Exercise and Wellbeing Classes with Get Berkshire Active
Our Ever Active Ageing Well programme is a physical and cognitive seated exercise activity that supports older & disabled adults who are seeking to improve their health, fitness and reduce feelings of loneliness and social isolation.
All of our Ever Active Sessions are led by a qualified health and wellbeing coaches and are pitched at a gentle intensity - perfect for those who might not have been active for a while, maybe you have been shielding and/or are looking to rebuild your confidence about being active again.
Get Berkshire Active work with Live Longer Better to ensure our sessions are designed to improve strength, stamina, suppleness and skill of our particpants, contain fall prevention exercises and dementia friendly fun activities.
