Finding Positive Solutions to Life's Challenges - Friday 17th May 10:30am-3pm at Watlington House

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week and Dying Matters Week 13 - 17 May 2019

Everyone goes through a difficult time in their lives. This event is designed to give you the opportunity to hear from people who have been through it and come out the other side.

There will be speakers talking about their own experieneces, free taster sessions from the Recovery College and creative workshops to show you how to use writing as a therapeutic tool, or to help you gain confidence talking to others about your own story.

There will be free cake and refreshments and you are also welcome to bring a picnic and relax in the beautiful and historic walled garden.

Booking for the workshops is essential but the rest of the event is a drop in.

Please note that the venue is located within walking distance if main bus routes (3, 10A, 13, 17, and 19A) and there are small steps to enter the hall.
