Virtual wellbeing sessions and exercise classes - Get Berkshire Active

Throughout the month of February, Get Berkshire Active is active is offering FREE wellbeing and exercise sessions - Why not register and have a go!

The Ever Active programme targets older adults and adults with a disability or health condition in West Berkshire and Reading – there is no specific exclusion criteria or referral process. We suggest anyone with health related concerns about taking part in any of the activities we run consult their GP/Healthcare professional first.
