Mental Health and Wellbeing - Self Management Peer Group - February 2020

Taking care of our mental wellbeing is as essential as looking after our physical health. 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health illness at any one time.

We invite you to register and book your place to join the Self Management Peer Group run by Berkhire West Your Way. 

The group will provide a safe and supportive environment where participants will support each other and learn from each other to develop personal techniques and skills to manage their own wellbeing.

  • Goal setting, quick wins and tool kits - Friday 14th February, 10 am to 1 pm
  • Problem solving and being kind to ourselves - Friday 21st February, 10 am to 1 pm
